Kombucha is a naturally fermented tea beverage that is lightly effervescent, refreshing, and slightly sweet with a crisp, tangy finish. It’s made by brewing green or black tea, adding sugar, and fermenting it with a living culture known as a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast).
The result is a vibrant, probiotic-rich drink that has been enjoyed for centuries.

Our Craft
At Sun Valley Kombucha, we brew in small batches using certified organic, fair-trade green tea, pure cane sugar, and real fruit or wild-foraged Idaho berries.
Our process is simple, intentional, and rooted in nature. We never filter, pasteurize, or add preservatives—ensuring every bottle contains the full integrity of the living culture, just as nature intended.
Each batch is alive, raw, and crafted for both flavor and function.
Our Flavors
We offer three signature flavors that rotate seasonally based on ingredient availability:
- Mango Wild Sage – Tropical sweetness balanced with earthy, aromatic sage
- Blueberry Huckleberry – A true taste of Idaho’s wild mountain berries
- Lemon Ginger Turmeric – Bright citrus with a warm, functional spice finish
Every brew is vibrantly aromatic with a clean, dry finish. There’s a flavor for everyone.

Our inspiration comes from the rugged beauty of Sun Valley and the surrounding mountains. We work closely with local farmers and forage responsibly to bring the landscape into every bottle.
