Sun Valley Kombucha is handcrafted with purified water, fair trade and certified organic teas, organic cane sugar and local organic fruit or wild-foraged fruit and berries when available.

Four distinct flavors can be found throughout the year based on seasonality and ingredient availability.

We’re proud to make a beverage that tastes delicious and has numerous health benefits. We draw inspiration from local farmers and Idaho’s Mountains Est landscape. We also enjoy collaborating with other craft brewers, chefs and specialty food producers.

We will never filter, preserve, or pasteurize our culture because that’s the way Nature intended it! We will always package in washable glass bottles because we understand the issues with exposing our customers to plastic lined cans and it’s the most sustainable option out there!
